According to PP they gather no personal data with respect to the user, nor collect behavioral tracking data, nor do they collect keystroke behavior and they do not have accesson the user's computer.
Regarding the Eula:
-There IS a Viewpoint Eula that users agree to before installation from their website. If a user downloads Viewpoint with a 3rd party software provider, the 3rd party provider will list them in their own Eula.
